Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
We accept returns only if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. To be eligible for a return, your request must be made within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
